Wow T thanks. Okay so I will cut it off the week before and just relax. Good advice.  I'm doing lots of cardio to burn fat, but to also make sure my lung capacity is on point as well.  Always helps with surgery. I am on a good vitamin regime including sub-lingual vit B-12 complex, D-3, and liquid omega-3's and a really good multi-vit. I know I have to cut them out at least two weeks before as well as lots of foods that can cause excess bleeding as well. I will just be so happy when this ones over. This is the biggy for me. Lap band was 37 minutes on the table and then home later that day. My lipo's were a couple of hours and then boom, home. This..overnight..lots of cutting...drains. Ick. I'll be so relieved when it's behind me and I got my flat tummy and boobies back where God put 'em.

 Rest ya mind lady - you ain't come this far for nothing.  I won't lie - it ain't easy and those drains are EVIL - lol - but you WILL love the results.... .in time.....after you stop hurting......

there's an emotional cycle that happens with plastics - be ready for ANOTHER head trip (yea, this journey is FILLED with them) just know that this isn't a quick answer that it takes months to heal and a few more to really see what you want to see.

I did 47 min on Bike with interval training and 35 min lower body weights.  Thanks for posting!
