The scale and I are not seeing eye to eye at the moment but I am trying not to freak. My calorie deficit is holdinfg in the 2 lb a week range so I will call this gain a tom fluctuation and nothing more.
Did better today by avoiding the carbs from additives so my net carbs should be good for the day. I'm on point for the week with vits, work outs, liquids, etc. Holding steady over the weekend will be tough but I am going to stick with the program.
