HOLD MY FEET TO THE FIRE! ACCOUNTABILITY FRIDAY
Yes.... I most definitely am back on the mission. I just had a serious reality check. I don't look or feel as fit as I did a couple of months ago. I need to get back to that place. No more dycking around. With the campus opened back up....and the greasy spoon cafeteria around the corner...I will be back up to preWLS weight if I keep sleeping on this disease. I won't call today a wash...cuz its not over yet BUT so far I ate all the things I know I was not suppose to eat because I did not pack a lunch. Pizza, orange cake, Diet Dr. Pepper............a bunch of JUNK!!! I need to be more responsible again....stop being so dayum lazy AND get myself back on track. I will be 100% compliant ...logging my food daily, putting my weight tracker on, exercise, water and supps. I have been acting like I don't even have a "f"ing weight problem. The kicker is that over the summer I have even watched my baby girl gain a bit.....WHAT the "f" is wrong with me. INSANE I tell you! I know I can do anything if I put my mind to it. Dealing with a little drama in my new relationship...has not helped matters any (and hes a big man who love to eat....If I see Popeyes Chicken anytime soon...I am gonna kick Popeye in the nuts!!!)...but we are finding balance...so thats getting better. it does help to write this stuff out.... I know this is always helpful. I have just been a dayum dope fiend...huddled in my corner...isolating away from those that can help me....cuz I did not want to deal with the reality of the situation at the moment....WELL.....I am back mentally...out of that self induced fog. I must participate...no matter how tired or sick I make ya'll. I have to have my voice on here to survive this crisis I find myself in.
