LV'N MY RNY. WORKING FOR ME BECAUSE I WORK FOR IT.
I'll do the best I can. I've had no simple carbs for the week and I'm sticking with this approach. Protein foods, lc protein bars, sf beverages, protein powder have worked for the past two weeks. The scale was up yesterday and its getting to me bad but I'm reasoning that this is just a normal fluctuation and trying to make myself believe it. Vits on point; a little too high on the fluids; exercise on plan. I'm going to make today a good one and hopefully I'l be down two pounds for the week by Monday.

Now this swelling thing is bothering me - last night, I noticed my ankle and feet were swollen too - at the chiro - my BP was 142/81. WTF???!!!!!!
I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions! I'm saving on the newsstand price.......

Hey MSW..
Been doing good up until this past week. I've been on a straight sugar/candy binge all week!! And then feel bad after I eat it, but it hasnt stopped me from doing it the next day. I do realize that I haven't ate breakfast or drink my protein coffee in the mornings this past week-so that may be the trigger to it all.. However, I have been doing my cardio/walking/weight training.
However, I plan to restock on the powder (which is why i havent had the protein coffee), eat some type of protein brkfast, and continue to hit the gym. As far as the candy, I don't buy it, DH does (although he knows I literally tries to avoid it), so I will have to find a plan for that. I'm still under the 200 lbs mark, but seem to can't get out of the 190s..
