I had a close call yesterday in that damned dollar store between the popcorn and pretzels.   Thankfully I was strong and got out with only cleaning supplies.  Yesterday was my lower cal day and except for the junk food ailse I was o****il late night.  I had a small nibble of protein after midnight which I'll include in todays totals.

My carbs were too high again but still low carb.  Same reason, prepared foods.  Just no time for cooking this week.  Liquids, protein, exercise, vits all on target.  I'll be working on getting the carbs down today and staying on point with everything else.

I am still doing Insanity, just not posting everyday.   I am still trying to find some way of eating that will work for me.

I am so lost.

I go see an endocrinologist Monday, maybe they will be able to help me figure out why the hell I can't seem to lose weight, and when I do it comes right back in days.    I'm a little depressed right now and there is nothing I can do about it.

(((((HUGS LEE!)))))

Its amazing how easy the weight comes on but won't come back off.  I was supposed to see the endocrinologist today but I cancelled so I've got to wait a month for another appointment.  Emotionally I was just not up to dealing with yet another clueless doctor wasting my time and money.  I've been down this road before too.

Exactly,  I have seen clueless endos, dieticians, hormone specialists and NOTHING.

Thanks for the hug, I really need it.

Have you ever had your metabolism measured?

There are a couple universities that have the BodPod not far from were I stay when in the South.  I can't find a place near home outside of NYC; but, Summer is the wrong time of year for heat sensitive folks like me to get aroud the city.   MS kicks ass in the Summer.

I've been thinking about taking the results to the endo but I'm not sure if its worth the costs.  If the results of my rmr don't support the issues I've had with wl I may have to jump off a bridge.  Too many times test results have been on the borderline and subsequently dismissed as near enough to normal.
