I want to compare my daily food intake with others.  if you would post  1day of all things you have eaten.  Just tryig to see where I can make changes,  Thanks in advance for your help!

My yesterday:

B - fried egg 70, 2 slices of toast 140
L - homemade soup 150
L2 - tuna salad sammich 320  and chili cheese fritos 160
D - 2 homemade bean and meat tacos w/salsa 300
D2 - 2 packs of choc chip cookies 680 and a ice cream sammich 140 (Skinny Cow)

NOW - I know you're looking at that thinking 'NO WONDER that cow is blowing up!' LOL - however - the actual total calorie count is 1960.

.......and yea - I know I was wrong for them cookies........

I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions!  I'm saving on the newsstand price.......

Yesterday was a less than stellar day but here it is.  Normally its four meals a day and a snack.  You can see I had a lot of snacking yesterday; but, I cycle my calories so this high day will be offset during the week.

  Thanks to online tracking and blackberry!  This site lets you sync for free which is my favorite price point.

I had:

B=  4oz grilled chicken
S=  10 oz sf/choc/caramel/coffee protein shake-25g
L=  3oz garden salad
       3oz shrimp/chicken angel hair alfredo sauce pasat dish
S=  10 oz sf/choc/caramel/coffee protein shake-25g
        about 10 pork rinds.......love 'em!
D=  3oz grilled chicken
        30z sauteed spinach
        2'' sq of a brownie......dayum that was good!
Mixed in about 30 oz water throughout the day.......I seriously need to better!

B- coffee & 1/2 C greek yogurt with honey

L- 1/2 6 inch turkey and avocado sub on wheat @ Subway

D- 1/2 pork loin chop pan fried in olive oil with 1/4 c green beans

about a gallon of iced tea :)

Not the best day...but hey no ones perfect ;)

B- 60 grams protein smoothie with yoplait yogurt on the side
s-1/4 cantelope
L-1/2 cup of leftover tuna casserole
s- 1 pk of nature valley oats n honey bars
D- 1 chicken sandwich from J n B (I know, not a good choice but I was on the run)

75 oz of water or crystal light

Breakfast - shrimp marinated in pico de gallo

Lunch - can of tuna(in water)with mustard and pico de gallo and a 99 cent bags of skins

Dinner - Baked whole Tilapia and garden salad with shrimp and light 3-chees dressing

2 tumblers of vodka, peach schnapps and orange juice

I have no clue what the calorie count is. I dont really count calories. I try and keep my carbs to a minimum and drink plenty of water. Since I no longer drink coffee, I only drink water other than vodka. I also drink warm water and lemon first thing in the morning to keep me regular, keep my skin from breaking out, and my nails strong and beautiful.
