L2 - tuna salad sammich 320 and chili cheese fritos 160
D - 2 homemade bean and meat tacos w/salsa 300
D2 - 2 packs of choc chip cookies 680 and a ice cream sammich 140 (Skinny Cow)
NOW - I know you're looking at that thinking 'NO WONDER that cow is blowing up!' LOL - however - the actual total calorie count is 1960.
.......and yea - I know I was wrong for them cookies........

S= 10 oz sf/choc/caramel/coffee protein shake-25g
L= 3oz garden salad
3oz shrimp/chicken angel hair alfredo sauce pasat dish

about 10 pork rinds.......love 'em!
D= 3oz grilled chicken
30z sauteed spinach
2'' sq of a brownie......dayum that was good!
Mixed in about 30 oz water throughout the day.......I seriously need to better!

Lunch - can of tuna(in water)with mustard and pico de gallo and a 99 cent bags of skins
Dinner - Baked whole Tilapia and garden salad with shrimp and light 3-chees dressing
2 tumblers of vodka, peach schnapps and orange juice
I have no clue what the calorie count is. I dont really count calories. I try and keep my carbs to a minimum and drink plenty of water. Since I no longer drink coffee, I only drink water other than vodka. I also drink warm water and lemon first thing in the morning to keep me regular, keep my skin from breaking out, and my nails strong and beautiful.
