LV'N MY RNY. WORKING FOR ME BECAUSE I WORK FOR IT.
I need to get into some real fat burning ketosis to keep loosing. I'm having a tough time staying away from foods with mscll carb count from additives (translation I keep eating out and its fkcuing me up). Also, the night snacking is back. Calories are holding but this is really bothering me.
I'm up 0.8 lbs today. I remind myself that this is a normal fluctuation but I still don't like it. My waist measurement is up by just 0.25". Of course it should not bother me but it does. Big sigh. I'm not feeling this wl thing this week but there is no option. This diet is for life and I will get back to my low weight.
For today, same plan but better results. Carbs 20g or less; protein 100g goal; all vits; liquids 70-80 oz; an hour of cardio. I WILL DO THIS! My "goal jeans" will fit again. Still 6.2 lbs away but I will get there.
Good strength training last night. Got cardio tonight. Trying to eat better this week. Trying to get in my protein and fat and stay away from sweets, which I love. I went way back to when I was in 3rd grade and started eating the Oh Henry candy bars. Ughhhh, trying to stop but they gooder than a MUDD!!!
Other than that, kosher!!
I ran this morning and did weights - so that's an extra 500 calories for today - so I will basically stick to my menu from yesterday.......sans cookies......but there is one ice cream sammich left.... I ain't promising NUFFIN! lol
I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions! I'm saving on the newsstand price.......
