i'll be doing a 5k walk after work & a kettlebell routine.   no pain from my workouts yesterday...thank you JESUS!!! 

how will YOU be moving today?

I will be hitting the gym hard this evening to work off my wonderful lunch from Bahama Breeze courtesy of one of my co-workers departure.

20mins Elliptical
20mins Bike
20mins Treadmill
10mins upper body weight routine

Rode 10 miles on the bike this morning and will be riding 10 more this evening if it stops raining.

KETTLEBELLS!!!!!  I learned about those a couple weeks ago and I love em.  I have been including them in with my workouts on my non-cardio nights.  Good way to get the ole lungs warmed up and blood circulating.
 
Anyway, tonight I got strength training.  Back, Arms and abs.  And of course, getting things warmed up with a 10-15 minute kettle bell session!!!!

STAY MOTIVATED!!!!
