Help!
Hey all, it has been a while since I've been on the website and that may be the beginning of my issues. It has been 8 months since my RNY and I've lost a significant amount of weight but now I'm scared. I can eat anything that I've tried without any issues, I've never dumped, and I don't feel any restriction. The not having restriction is the thing that scares me the most. I feel as though I'm going to go back to right where I started.
I even have dreams about not having restriction and in the dreams when I wake up I'm always back to the weight I was when I started this journey. My surgeon is happy with the weight loss because it has been good numbers but I'm still concerned that I could be doing better. I'm about 30 pounds from the goal weight that the surgeon set with me although I think I would be to small then.
Is there a way to train myself to get back on the right path? I've been eating whatever I want just in smaller portions, not really counting calories or holding myself accou ntable.
Please help me get back on the right track, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Loving my new life and all the wonderful things that go with it, on to my next journey! 99 pounds down and about 10 more to go but it has been a heck of a ride...
You just said it. Get back to weighing, measuring, tracking your food and exercise. Its the only way i know of to be certain that you are eating properly and getting enough exercise to loose and maintain.
As for being too small, keep loosing, then wait and see. You're accustomed to being big. A healthy weight and size will be an adjustment. Are you really too small if you are at a healthy weight? Is it about how you'll look? You managed ok looking fat so give the lower weight a chance. If its not right for you add back a few pounds.

LV'N MY RNY. WORKING FOR ME BECAUSE I WORK FOR IT.
Do you have before and after pics? If so, look @ those.
Do you have a journal that you may have written throughout this process? If so, go back and read how you felt back then when you were overweight.
I hope this helps because believe me, you do not want to go back, its no fun. Take it from someone who knows.
