Never heard of a "everthing bagel".  Gotta check it out.

Thanks I am trying. Bagel thins are pretty good garlic, onion, poppy seeds etc it 110 calories with 5 grams of protein. So if I feel the need for carbs for breakfast I grab a bagel thin.

I had a craving for Indian food, so I ate a vegetarian Samosa (pastry stuffed with spiced mashed potatoes and green peas) and a piece of cheese for breakfast. 

Newbies, I don't eat like this all the time.  It was a planned treat.  I will be eating mostly protein for the rest of the day.

 OMG...that looks soooo yummy! My memory is long but fuzzy, but didn't you post about this or another Indian item a loooooonnggg time ago? I remember looking it up and wanting to try it.
