Week 2 is under way, I felt it in my knee for sure but I iced afterward and will see how it feels in the morning. My knee this week will determine if I will complete the program or not.
I'm pretty bummed about not knowing what to do about weight loss at the moment, i'm feeling a bit loss and it bothers me cause every year I hit this wall and everytime I hit the wall i'm a bit heavier. It really sucks.
But at least I am working out.

You are living the nightmare I live in fear of. Its got to be metabolic but unfortunately the ins and outs of metabolism are largely still a mystery.
I will be joining you on Insanity next week. It came yesterday, much sooner than expected. I'm not home so I can't get started yet. If I knew it would arrive in two days I'd have had it sent to me instead of to the house.
