My net carbs were way too high because I had take out for dinner.  It was still a low carb day but almost double the 20g I was aiming for.  Vits, exercise, water calories on track. 

Tuesday's goal, get the carbs down and don't screw up anything else.  Finger's crossed for at least a two pound loss this week.

Mike got home late so I hopped on the treadmill for a hot minute instead of running outside. He brought home a bag of junk food but I stood my ground.

I need to start tracking again and planning my meals in advance. We had baked chicken tonight that was almost fried. I almost made garlic mashed potatoes (very easy slider food for me) but I made two veggies instead. You see...almost is going to get me in trouble.

I switched things up with my protein drinks. I now throw a scoop of strawberry protein in my Yoplait Smoothie mix...O-M-G....it's like heaven. Here's the NUT info:

LOL, my almost was rice and dressing but I stuck with the protein.  The coating it was fried in was a side dih of its own. 

The smoothie sounds so good.  I love yogurt but it don't love me back.

I guess it shows I'm a person of many moods   .  The name and avi roll with what's on my mind and right now I'm working on getting a clue      !

Done traveling for a while, so now I can get back to basics.  Had my protein coffee and bacon this morning.  Workout is on schedule.  Got strength training tonight.  Been replacing my treadmill running with the stair mill.  I think I can get a better cardio benefit from the stair mill, cause it ain't no joke. 

Weight is not exactly where I want it to be.  Range from a pound below to as high as 4 above.  I'm working on losing 4-6 lbs this week.  I like the four lbs cushion I had at my 183 lbs.  Hopefully that goes well this week. 

Other than that, all is good!!!!

You are looking good as always in the new avi. 

I would kill for 4 lbs lost in a week but I'm loosing so I won't complain.  Go on and get that cushion back.
