Online Meetings Around the Clock * Information on changing eating behavior

Today starts week three of loosing this God forsaken weight gain.  So far 5.4 lbs down with 5.4 lbs to go.  I'm half way there.  

I got back into my shorts this morning.   One more pair of pants and my "Goal Jeans"  to finally be in all of my clothes again.  I'm not complaining.  Averaging a loss of just over 2.5 lbs a week is absolutely wonderful. 

This week same plan.  Carbs low, protein up, water, vits, exercise.  We all know the drill. 

I'm going to do Insanity later today,  don't know what i'm going to do as far as eating, nothing seems to work for me.

I was looking at the rose procedure where they tighten up your pouch, man that scares me that the only way I could possibly lose weight again is through something so drastic.   I guess i'll keep trying, it's so frustrating.

I will be joining you on insanity probably by the middl of next week. 

If the rose procedure can do it for you why not go for it.  There is also a procedure that involves injections to better restriction.  Someone help me out with what its called because I don't remember.  Do you have restriction or is your issue metabolism?  If its metabolic better restriction may not help.  You watch what you eat so you know if you really need greater restriction.  

I'm looking into having my metabolism measured.  I see an endocrinologist this week.   A university nearby also has a device to measure your resting metabolic rate.   I'll let you know what I find out.  Hopefully it will help me to keep loosing and finally maintain. 

I really, really, really do need to stop my pity party and get my arse off this couch. I'm still having issues with my tummy and that's my excuse. My body has barely moved. Oh wait, I did walk to my son's school last week for registration, but that's it. My treadmill has dust and my running shoes are in the corner collecting dust bunnies.

I will run tonight when Mike gets home. The fresh air will do me good.

Full-time running will resume once my son starts school on Wednesday. I'll probably hit the wall hard, but I'm going to try my best to get out of this rut.

I'm losing muscle tone too. I'm going to blend up a protein smoothie and down it cuz this ish right here 

Can't let the muscle tone go!  I may always be fat but I have never been flabby.  Get moving girl.  You want to keep looking good.
