I ran 3.1 miles in 40 min this morning.

i'm doing the elliptical at lunch and Zumba after work...slowly but surely getting back into the swing of things.  me thinks the achilles tendonitis is 85% healed.

oh, and i'm really hatin' you for being able to run...I WANNA RUN!!!!

LOL!!! it's taken me about 4 months to get up to running - and I never was a runner before.  I tell you - it's addictive for real - I am sooooooo amazed that I can do 3 miles!!! 

and be careful on that recovery - don't go too fast.  re-injury is a bytch!

Today is an hour of cardio.  I'll be doing my indoor run.    I was over ambitious last week.  Not only did I miss my week's goal but it kicked my @$$ too.  I have a more moderate plan this week that won't have me feeling like a train wreck, lol.

Abs, abs and more abs today. Getting ready for the TT and BL in October. So the more I do, the less he has to do.  Then..it's time to clean the crack den that has become my house!!  I will get a good work out doing that as well.  I'm gone ONE DAY and it looks like a shooting gallery up in here!!

Want to ride 10 miles on my bike today, but it is raining outside so I think I am going to have to get on that horrible treadmill.

I seriously need a transition plan because I love to exercise outside and I hate the gym so I need to find something that I enjoy doing inside (sex is not an option, I cannot do that everyday for an hour or so...well I could, but thats not as fun as riding my bike or playing tennis)...

Any ideas???
