Today is my birthday yall. I am 47 years old and I woke up feeling really good.
I am thankful for another day of life and for a life full of happiness.
This past year I was fortunate enough to fulfill one of my life long dreams of climbing the pyramids in Egyypt. I was able to earn yet another degree, and most important than anything I was able to make and keep my Becca happy.
I go to bed early, my knees creak, my back is bad, and I have handicap parking, I am still over weight, but I am no where as big as I was, and I am in good enough physical condition to do Insanity.
Overall I give this year an 8 out of 10, and will try to make it a 9 next year.
