INSANITY: DAY 5, NIGHT WORKOUT: WEEK 1 COMPLETE

WOW !!!!  I am freaking incredible.  LOL.   Today is my 5th day of Insanity and I got through the entire thing and only had to stop 3 times.   

Becca watched me do it and when I was done she looked at me and said you are the most strong and determined person I know.  That made me so happy I smiled through my entire shower.

Tomorrow is rest day so there is no workout and i'm going to enjoy my day off because  tomorrow is the big day,  the day that the Pickle gets a little bit Saltier.   Yep that's right it's my birthday, I have no idea what Becca got me but i'm excited to find out.   .


INSANITY WEEK 1  COMPLETE !!!!

 Lady you are an exercise beast!!   I hope that you have a fantastic day tomorrow not only because it's your rest day but because its your BIRTHDAY.  Just eat the cake Anna Mae! 

Thanks Longhorn,   yeah I am pretty awesome.  LOL.   Not to mention as old and broke down as I am being able to workout at the level I do.

Oh and about that cake,  Hell yeah i'm gone eat the dam cake.  LOL
