How Much Noise Do You Make??
When you get out of bed or get out of a chair???? 
See, get your mind out of the gutter!!!
I've noticed that I get stiff a lot and I make a hell of a lot of noise when trying to get out of bed, or go from a sitting to a standing position.
Is it my age or is it the fact that I am stiff from working out?
Do you make noise too or is it just me?

***backing up outta here cause my mind sure was in the gutter. LOLOh, to answer the question, I only make noise getting up from a laying position because I have arthritis in my back and neck and I'm sore and stiff as hell in the morning.
