coming out of lurk mode...Thank you LEE

I have been following this forum for about 9 months now.  I love the topics, motivation, encouragement and just the plain off the chain humor that I get from you all.  This forum is such a family and just like family you are not going to always like what some one says or what they think about you but you love them anyway and just move on.

I was reluctant to come out of lurk mode because I am not and cannot be a candidate for wls but I have learned so much from what all of you do and how you motivate each other.  I have been losing weight, slowly but surely and plan to keep working at it.  You all give me a lot of nutritional advise that I know I will have to adjust but it is all about a lifestyle change.

I hope you all accept me into your family!
