I hope this means you did your workout tonight, cause I just finished mine and i'm so so glad I did it.   Now i'm going to sleep like a baby.

  Damn, caught!  LOL. 

I tried, but my heart was not in it.  I was doing a half @$$'ed job so I quit.  I'll swap yesterday with Sunday so my week is whole.   I need to keep my workouts early when I have the most energy.

I don't want to jinx myself but I'm averaging 2 lbs a week in the ten days or so since I went back on active wl.  For me that's a gold mind.  My midsection is comming down too but I'm still nearly two extra inches around.  Thank God for low rise pants. 

I made a clusterfkcu of it yesterday with the miscll carbs in those damned sf creamsicles.  I had another low cal binge episode and threw my net carbs well out of atkins induction.   I also missed on the water consumption.  The real carb foods are not tempting me at all.  Just the litttle bit here and there like in protein powder and unsweetend cocoa and splenda. 

I'm working on getting today right.  Protein, plain water, workout, vits.  It will be a tough day because its a low calorie day for my calorie cycle and of course I'm greedy, lol.

Hello MSW & BAFamily,

I am almost to the point where I will face the scales again.  I have been low carbing and walking quite a bit this past week.  I believe that I temporarily went to twoterville.  However, I did not want to actually see the number on the scale.  My BF said if I did step on the scale it would force me back into reality.  Well, I did not need to step on the scale to do that. When we were in New Orleans we took pictures here and there and boy let me tell you I could see my cheeks.  I am still trying to remain in the "game" called WLS!  Have a great weekend!
