Good article, I struggle with eating enough and my working out.

I have to make sure I consume enough calories or else I stall, oh wait, when I eat to few calories I stall too. Oh well, it's still a good article.

Its my #1 problem with my weight. I don't eat enough. I'm in starvation mode all the time. I just had a very long talk with my doctor about it too. So..I just need to be more aware and suppliment with protein drinks and do better!

That's why I'm so neurotic about re calculating my calories as my weight changes. The numbers never work right for me but I know If my calorie deficit gets too high I'm screwing myself.
