LV'N MY RNY. WORKING FOR ME BECAUSE I WORK FOR IT.
For some its early for Thursday but its Thursday where I am. I did far better on Wednesday than Tuesday's clusterfkcu. Carbs, calories, vits, water, workout all in check. Made up the missing mat work from Tueasday too. I'm totally exhausted but I got it done.
Thursday's plan is to get it right again. Fingers crossed I'll drop a few pounds this week.

I did a lazy 1.5 miles running this morning - I hit the gym late - my mom kept babygirl one more night so I pushed 'operation get back right' out one more night..... LOL!!!
Today - I am good - sensible b-fast, sushi for lunch, dinner will be the last of my leftover steak, sauteed mushrooms and creamed spinach...... ~sigh~ back to my own dayum cooking after that.
