Yesterday not good.  The carbs were way out of line and I skipped my strength work and mised some of my vits.  I was in a binge eating mode and over did it on the sf popsicles and creamsicles plus an extra scoop of protein.  While the calories were not bad its the behavior that upsets me.  I will get through today without a repeat episode. 

On the positive side, I had a strong cardio session.  Also I got all my liquids and protein in for the day.  

For today, cardio & strength planned with a little flexibility thrown in.  I will hold the carbs down to 20g and get the protein up around 100g.  My water goal is 70-80 oz for the day.  I've got make up work on the exercise to get in today so its time to get moving.  I want to be whole by the end of the week.

I took the time to wash some grapes last night so I could bring fresh fruit to work with me today.

Despite having been out till midnight last night, I drug azz into the gym at 5:30 and ran 3.1 miles in 40min and change.  I will do weights and stretching tomorrow.

As for eating - well, babygirl has been at mom's and I have held to my goal of resturant touring.... Sunday was Mexican, Monday was steak and last night I went to the movies at a theater that serves food and alcohol during the movie - had a couple glasses of wine, fried pickles and lil sammiches made with sourdough - they had eggplant, roasted red peppers and cheese - them sommbytches were tasty than a MOFO!!!!  oh - and the movie was good too! LMAO

Today - A BLT from subway - I pick the nigglet up after work, so I will go back to acting like I have some sense.........

I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions!  I'm saving on the newsstand price.......

I'll skip the pickles but the sandwhiches sound damned good. 

Keep running girl.  I ran yesterday but it has been a couple weeks.  Kicked   My   Ass !!!  Still, it was worth it to collapse at the finish knowing I could still finish my program.  Damn thought I'd bust a lung, lol.
