I bought a new pill organizer for my vitamins and I'm renewing my commitment to take them like I should.  I'm also giving my husband one multi every day so we can both be healthy together.

I'm not feeling motivated but I am committed (Or should I be committed?).  Last night I was up late to get my workout completed.  Motivation is lacking so I'm trudging through this ODAT (One Day At a Time).  I stuck to my meal plan to the letter, got my vits and liquida in.  It was a good day. 

Today will be another food day, ODAT.  Workout, carbs 20g or less, all supplements, water, and of course protein 100g.

I took the plunge into Insanity this morning, and while it kicked my ass, I did pretty good.

Dam my birthday is in 5 days, I need to know I still got it.   LOL

Traveling last week.  Traveling this week.  Very challenging, especially when faced with different/new foods.  Hard to resist patries/breads/sweets...UGHH!!!  Doing better this week.  Exercise on point this week.  Thankfully there is a fitness center on site.  Hittin it daily.
