OK BAF, Monday is the day many of us weigh and contemplate our successes and improvement opportunities over the past week.  Its also often when we resolve to start fresh.  That is, cut out the bull**** and do what we need to do or make changes in a program that has out lived its usefulness.    

Tell the whole truth and be accountable.  Have you made this past week a good one?  Are you committed and motivated to make his week succesful?  Do what's working for you and discard what's not.

  Damn that scale.  By Thursday I was down 1.4 lbs for the week and I've been pushing to make it 2 lbs.  So, of course the scale goes up this morning and instead I'm 0.2 lbs higher.  I am the butt of some great cosmic joke. 

Anyhoo, I will call this a 'normal' fluctuation since I have once again located my waistline.  I am no longer shaped like Winnie the Pooh so that's progress.  The rest of this weight gain is going down. 

Today I'm working towards ketosis with carbs at Atkins induction.  I fell off that wagon last week but I've preped the kitchen now so I'm good this week.  Also my offspring is doing this with me which will help.  I can't get on her case about using her tool if I'm bulll****ing with mine.  She's really good when she commits so she will keep me in line if only so I can maintain my pride. 

I'm BAAAA --AAK as of today to full workouts.   The body is craving movement and the gym actually called me to see if I was ok, lol.  I'm going for 64-80 oz water and of course all vits.  No calorie goal as with Atkins induction the calories will take care of themselves.  So far today's tracking has me in the 2.5 lb per week wl range.  I WILL DO THIS!

Well.....I am finally back on my game. I got tired of the cycle again and seeing the scale move upward. I know I have to kick my tail into gear or I will be in serious trouble. The one thing I am glad I did was throw out or give away my larger size clothes. I refuse to buy a larger size than is in my closet.  I only have a few 18's suits.  I broke the zipper on a size 16 dress the other day AND that was my wake up call.

I logged in my food, weight and exercise. I am just going to start out by posting the basics for now....Once I am back at my pregain weight I will post more specifics. Right now I am just dealing with the shame of the gain and getting myself back on track. This is a never ending journey. Having two vacations back to back
did not help me much. Actually glad I am back to work with less time on my hands to be enticed my fast food.

I hear you girl.  If you've been lurking or read my blog you know my story. I am not buying bigger cloths so I'd better get my @$$ back into what I've got. 

Temptation is everywhere today but you are rigt about being busy.   It helps.

I ran yesterday morning in the park - 3.3miles on their track by the lake - it was kinda cool! Today I will do kettlebell work this evening, I was supposed to this morning but umm - needed the sleep.... *grin*

As for eating and whatnot - I'm still on the 'all scales suck and are instruments of the devil' tangent - I already know it won't say what I want it to. 

I treated myself to Mexican food yesterday - I'm contemplating what I will get into tonight - it will be either steak or su****HAT I know.....

~sigh~ (this would be me being meloncholy)

I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions!  I'm saving on the newsstand price.......

Sushi sounds good to me right now.  Seems we had the same kind of morning but as long as we get it done...

I am trying to not eat processed foods for a week, I started yesterday and dammmm it is hard. 
Yesterday the only processed thing I had was a pudding.

So far so good on today.   Lord give me strength.

Life without processed foods is hard.  Good luck with it.  Its a lot of work because you have to fix so much from scratch.
