I am not cooking a damn thing. Babygirl goes to my mom's today and will be there till Wed evening. I plan to 'tour' various eateries and do the leftover train of glory all week.....

LOL @ leftover train of glory - MM you are a trip, Okay yes I am cooking today - have no idea where this energy is coming from especially in this 90 degree heat but luckily I have central air or else I would hop on the leftover train of glory with ya lol. Anyways today is

Fried cabbage w/ bacon
Sweet potato casserole

Headed to the mall later with my teen since she claims she hasn't been to the mall in 6 months - of course i beg to differ.................

How am I to have my cyber Sunday meal if nobody's cooking these days? I had bacon and fiber1 protein pancakes for breakfast so my cooking is done for the day. Dinner will be Chinese take out.
