Its been a higher calorie, higher carb weekend but not out of control.   I'll be going after ketosis and Atkins induction level eating in the comming week.  What I've learned from the body building sites is that when you plan to enter low carb and cut calories you need to be 'normal' in the days prior.  The theory is this avoids a starvation  response that will slow your metabolism.  I'm keeping the calories around maintenance the last few days hoping to kick in some weight loss next week. 

I did not get all my liquids in on Friday but I'm back on track.  Vits & supps taken every day.  I will not eat like a fool today just because carbs and calories are higher.  Make this weekend a good one people.

Went to WW meeting yesterday, i'm up .4 pounds and I am pist that I can't seem to lose weight.  I am thankful that I did not gain a lot of weight on vacation, but I want to freaking lose.

I am going to continue WW even though I want to quit, because it's not like I'm going to lose doing something else.  So my struggle continues.

Considering you're just back fro a long vacation with good food that ain't bad especially for a tough looser like yourself.  WW was doing you good plus you like the eating.  Stick with it girl.  We know th struggle is well worth it.

Your right, I do like WW cause I can eat what I want and have fruit.  I have an uncanny love affair with fruit that I don't want to stop so WW works for me.

It is such a slow loss with WW but I guess I should be grateful that it's a dam loss considering that before it I hadn't loss any significant loss in a while.

I'm just a little tired of being fat today.   Boo fat ass whooooo   lol

I hear ya.  If wl is not fast we expect it at least to be steady.   We get nothing but frustration.  I wish ww worked for me.  Its always been 10-15 lbs then nothing.  I love the fruit too but it brings wl to a stop plus creates cravings for me.

 I got up at the butt crack of dawn and ran 3.3 miles this morning....... even that early - it was still too damn HOT! lol  I've decided to do long runs each weekend - so Sat or Sun morning will be like this for a while........

Otherwise - I am good!  Babygirl is going to grammy's till Wed..... so I'm about to have some 'me' time.......


I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions!  I'm saving on the newsstand price.......

You go girl, run and be baaad, lol.    Got me wanting a treadmill now if only I could use one without tipping over.  (You know I'm just a collection of crazy issues.)
