Good morning....
I will not walk this morning it's raning cats and dogs here, so I will just have hard sex tonigh with my finacee to prepare us for our wedding in October - just kidding

I guess I will get most of my exercise in with our weekend at the beach and casino, lots of walking there. For my finacee's birthday a few months ago I gave him a free ride with a professional race car diver and we are headed up to Delaware this weekend for casinos and walking around at the beach, and eating good food...I hope not to be too bad.

I ran 3.1 miles this morning in the gym - I'm able to complete a full mile at 4.6mph now. Yahhoo!!!! I start back with my personal trainer tomorrow - I'm gearing up for the half marathon in Nov!!!!
I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions! I'm saving on the newsstand price.......

If I walk by you and you hear squeaking...it's not my shoes! ANYWAY....I went for my daily torture session at the gym. Today was change it op Friday so..I busted my azz. By tomorrow..everything should be sore...even my hair. ps...there were no complaints about the sounds I make either!!
