Good morning....

I waked 1.5 miles this morning, I am feeling a whole lot better, also for some reason, I am feeling *some* restriction, not as much as I'd like, but anything helps, I believe I am feeling the same restriction that I had prior to getting my fill.

i'm still nursing my achilles tendonitis.  warning to new runners, GET FIT for shoes PRIOR to running.  all shoes are not created equal.  anywhoo, i'm lookin' forward to hydro kick tonight!

30 minute walk at lunch then a whole lot of house work this evening.

Hello Nana,

I had a good workout this morning also. I did 35 min on elliptical and 35 min on upper body weights. and a few crunches. I am feeling so good today despite the heat!

You keep up the good work and thanks for this daily post!! You have a good evening. Glad you are feeling better. BTW -- like your new picture.....:-)
