Today is my rest day. Mofos at work jam packed my damn schedule for today and I know I needed the rest, otherwise someone would get cussed out with proper and due cause.

Eating wise, I'm going el-cheapo. I'll be making and packing a tuna fish and red onion sammich along with chili cheese fritos.
Woe be unto the mofo that books an afternoon meeting with me IN PERSON.

Protien goal, liquids, vits, all on point. Gonna do what I can with the exercise till I'm back in good form. Its rare that you really can't do anything at all so I will make some form of work out work for me this week. Anything is better than nothing at all.
I am trying to stay on top of my exercise. Today I will be getting in my three 30 minute walks. I have already done one, and in 15 minutes I will do the second one. My eating yesterday was okay. I could have done without a few extra cal, but it didn't make or break me. Plus its good to zigzag the cal. I don't want my body getting use to the same amount of cal. each day. Today cal. intake is on point. Tomorrow I will reduce it back down to 900 -1000 cal. Vitamins are good. I just can not seem to get the water down. I can never have everything together..lol. If I am getting in all my water then I am eating too many cal. If I am getting in all my water and cal. on point I am messing up on exercise.lol. I guess thats how it goes somedays. One day everything will b on point. I think my pouch is back to normal. It was getting to the point where I felt like I was back to normal. I could eat a lot of food at one time. Now I seem to have restriction again. Well, let me go walk.
A little bit is worth a lot. The physical therepist over at the hospital I had surgery told my group that just wiggling our feet while watching tv is better than no movement at all.
