6yrs out and continual lessons learned...
just realized this is my 6yr surgiversary...started this journey at 306lbs and currently at 190...my lowest was 180 (healthy weight as when i was going through my ill period, i got down to 170)...timely as i have had a few light bulb moments about this journey...
i never had many mirrors n my home now there are mirrors all over the place...kids told me to STOP buying mirrors...
hated pink...now its becoming one of my favorite colors...
just getting used to the attention from men (and women tooo)...didnt realize the "power" of a woman and now, i could be considered amelia marcos
thought loosing weight would open the man field up....not true...lol...
i guess my realization is that self love is the core of any love...i have been countlessly blessed with my life and i love it...
be encouraged baf and love yourself as you want to be loved...
