I RAN 3.1 MILES THIS MORNING!!!!!!!

40.5 minutes..... yyaaaahhhoooooooo!!!!!!  That's the game dawg!  It's on like mofo'in DONKEY KONG for this half marathon training - I'm bout to KILL IT!!!!!! hahahhahahahha

I have to say, tho - the miles went by faster and easier when I did it drunk in Vegas...... 

I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions!  I'm saving on the newsstand price.......

Run MsMack RUN  You are tearing it up girl!  What a difference sobriety makes.  Also its not 110 degrees, lol.

Not the start I wanted but respectable.  I chose sleep over exercise but I kept the calories down although a little higher than I wanted.  A late nigt snack added 160 calories.  I've got to bring this under control because hunger had nothing to do with it. 

Calories 1294 vs 1200 planned; protein well above 100g at 121g; carbs way off at 37g net vs Atkins induction level of 20g; liquids 64 oz but no plain water.  All vits taken.

Today same targets except for carbs.  I'm craving veg so carbs will be higher but I'll hold them under 50g net.  Its only Tuesday but I've got workout time to make up.

Today I was out running errands, but I had to post before I go to bed. I am not sure how many cal. I had to day. I had a protein shake for breakfast and lunch. I had a avacado roll for snack. Then tonight I went and played cards with some folks. We do this once a month, so  I nibbled on a piece of brownie, a few tortilla chips with spinanch dip, a lemon muffin, and veggies. Dinner was turkey burger on wheat toast. I swiched to the bread that is 45 cal. a slice. I didn't get in my water, but tomorrow that is my new goal. I just have not been feeling the water lately. I had a low carb monster, but that will not continue. Tomorrow I will be drinking water. Plain water. I would like to aim for 64oz. I did my three 30 minute walks on the TM. Still have not done tae bo this week, but I need to motivate myself for the pain. Vitamins were on point as well. I have let the stress in my life cease. I feel more happy and more focused. I am planning to continue the shakes and exercise until I reach my goal. I finally found something I can stick with. Wishing you the best. Stay motivated. I am not in a rush, but knowing that one day i will be at goal is wonderful. Looking forward to tomorrow. Learning to be happy in the present...
