I say the more release I get at the gym the better, screw em if they get turned on they need a Plan B!
Um, not that I am currently on a "maintenence" plan as I have found let's just say a handy man but in case it ever comes to that in the future...what kind of shower head would you recommend???

well...I'm glad you have a handy man that keeps you a happy woman!!! Enjoy that girl!! You deserve it!!! The truth is, I'm actually okay with being on a "maintenance plan" for now. I'm a big ole donkey girl scout when it comes to that and I need to love and be loved to get that close to someone so...I just talk to sweet to my shower head and sing the celibacy blues!!! As for my recommendation...mutli-speeds and well made. Other than that, it's up to you darlin'. Hit Home Depot or Lowe's and buy quality!!! Not that you need that sort of thing...but the info is nice to have....to pass onto a friend...yea...that's it...to pass on to a friend! 
...and the good thing is...I'm squeaky clean! 
I am taking a break from the whole "love/ dating/ make u wanna kill a mofo" game. My emotions are still too raw from my sister's death and I think that if invested in someone and they played the wrong piece of my puzzle...then option #3 would be my first go to move, lol. So a maintenence man is all I can handle.
Now I will be sure to file this informative bit under my "Please ask so I can tell you what I heard" file. I am sure the good ladies here and elsewhere would be interested in knowing what the righ****er bearing object can do for one's piece of mind. I may have to head over to Bed, Bath and Beyond at lunch...I hear that they have Moen's at 20% off...well I must perform research; afterall I am a scientist

You are so wise to keep things simple right now and until you are healed. The last thing you need now is man drama and that is ALWAYS apart of the experience. Someone who keeps you company and gives you some joy and pleasure is good a thing. Not to mention...he does get to be with YOU!!!!
Now..as far as your research is concerned. Brilliant! I will be interested in hearing your findings...of course only for the further benefit of women-kind everywhere!! Bed, Bath and Beyond...ah..if they only knew the TOTAL joy we women get from shopping there!!!!
