All I want to do is sleep today but reality calls.  Its cardio & strength  plus a little yoga planned.  I'll be protein training this week.  Keeping the carbs at Atkins induction level of <20g.  Focus, plenty of water and protein.  Of course all vits. 

I keep expanding and contracting like yeast in bread dough rises then get*****hed down to rise again, lol.   However, I will bust this gut and stay below goal with a cushion for the unexpected. 

I will do this.  We will all do this.  Failure is not an option.

I had sushi last night so the salt from that dam soy sauce has me feeling fat and bloated.   I am going to hike up my water today and take a water pill to flush this sodium out of my body.


Also getting back to counting my points today.

Man I love sushi or sashimi for me theses days.  Even the low sodium soy sauce is a killer.  Good luck getting back in the swing of things with ww today.

 Today is day one of being on a new regime. I woke and got on the scale and the number increased again. I know I was way off track for a few days, and I know that giving up is not the answer. I have decided to get some control. I am doing a shake for breakfast, shake for lunch, and a sensible dinner and a few healthy snacks in-between. I have decided to walk three times a day instead of doing a straight hour on the TM. This way I will burn more calories without burning myself out, plus I can drink a bottle of water per workout. I am going to fit my tae bo in 3 time a week as well.
I see you are back on WL mode. Congrats to you. Work it! I am going to do my best and not let my emotions get the best of me. I told my hubby that it is getting harder each day. Especially since I am the only one around here who is trying to eat healthy. If the junk is in the house it makes it easier for me to grab and give up. I tell myself no all the time, but it gets hard to resist sometimes. But I am back on track starting now. Pretty soon it will be time for my second walk. I feel pretty good about this set-up. I figure once I reach goal I will switch from protein shakes to food, but it just seems easier to keep track of cal and protein using the shakes. Well, keep up the good work. You can do it. We can do it, and we will. Failure is not an option.

That's right, failure is no option.  Its hard with a family but we have to learn to be around food.  We will do this.
