There is no accurate way to account for malabsorption so we have to rely on the standard counters. I find nutritiondata.com the most accurate along with the udsa website. Dailyplate has the most data but a lot of inaccuracies and duplicates with different data for the same item.
The tracker on OH allows you to create your own items and keep them private so no one can make changes. The ultimate in accuracy for me. If only there was a mobile version...
