Pre-Breakfast: 40g protein drink

Breakfast: 2 slices of turkey bacon, 6oz. ff yogur****ermelon

Protein shake made with an ounce of 0 fat/ 0 carb eggwhite protein powder, unsweetened cocoa, coonut, and rum flavorings and a little splenda.  Later, a couple ounces of rotisserie chicken with an ounce of green beans.

I'm not a breakfast person so I usually have a coffee flavored protein shake. I really need to change this though because I'm starting to get hungry just before bed. Eating (snacking really) to close to bed time is what got me into this mess in the first place. If I could just get my but up early enough in the morning before work. Of course that would mean I would have to go to bed at a decent hour which I don't .
