LV'N MY RNY. WORKING FOR ME BECAUSE I WORK FOR IT.
Tomorrow I start a half marathon training program. 5-6 days a week of stuff, alternating from strength and stretching to running various distances to work up to the full 13 miles.
I got the 5K in the bag - I'll run my first full 3.1 miles this week. I did 2.3 last week in 31 min and could have kept going with no problem, so I'm not worried about hitting it this week. It's time to get my head around 5 miles - I will also get outside to run over next weekend - I will be doing these races outside, so I will do the treadmill in the gym during the week, and on weekends I will do my distance run outdoors.
As for today - I'm mentally 'off' and just doing what I want. I'm not hungry tho - the 5-HTP keeps me level and I don't have cravings or 'shovel moments' - but I do need to get my water in, so my gallon of tea will be my 'goal' today in that area.
Anyhoo - that's it for me!!! Oh - and yes, I am still a fat ass - 207-209lbs is my 'porker range' and it SUCKS!!!!! How I am hauling around all that and killing the run times is beyond me.

I was hauling a 285 lb ass doing cardio for a straight hour way back when. Under 210 your porker status is revoked, lol. I still hear you on the fkcu'd up numbers. I'm in the same boat trying to get back down but I'm still gaining damnit.
