Okay Weight has Slowed -any suggestions
I am six months out down 89lbs I was 331 now I'm 242 Now I haven't lost any weight in almost a month is there anything I can do to rev it back up all suggestions are accepted ....should I walk 2miles a day should I decrease my eating well I already don't eat much anyway...so that doesn't matter but help me if you can

sometimes a change in your routine will kick your body into a different gear - we all hit plateaus in weight loss - at about 6mos - you're on target for your first major stall. i think 89lbs in 6mos is pretty dang good - let your body recoup and get used to this level - then it will be ready for the next.
It all depends on your intake vs. exercise - you didn't give specifics, so I can't further comment. If you aren't exercising a lot - then do that - if you are, then change what you're doing.
As for eating - I used to do 80/80s - 80g of protein, 80 oz of water back in my first year days - that kept things going while I worked out like a faithful mad dog - lol
