My goals for the month of August are:

1. Continue to reduce grazing.

2.
Continue to reduce Aspartame intake.

3.
Continue to exercise 5 or more days a week.

4. Lose 2 pounds per week minimum.

What are your goals for the month??   Please share with us.

1. I need to take contol of this depression.  I' m just starting to grieve for dad and brother.I think the eating was my grieving time to put to the side.  

2. The grazing has go out of hand. 

3. have 6lbs to lose.

4. Also I need to take control of my eating.

5. Learn how to find time to do excercise while looking after  MoM and somedays GBies.
 Grandbabies will soon be back to school. YAHOO.  They aren"t bad but just knowing there
 is yet someone else to look after is a handful. 

6. After losing 6lbs gained starting to lose again TO GET TO GOAL.

I LOVE YOUR  DAILY  WORDS THEY HELP ME SOMETHING TO THINK PLENTY ABOUT

HAVE A GREAT WEEKEND I FINALLY GOT ONE OFF.

I have gained 10 lbs in the last 4 months. On 07/26 I weighed 179.8. Today I am 175.6. I started 08/01 with a goal to lose 10 lbs this month. So far I am  down 4 lbs.. My goals to acheive this are listed below

1.  Drink warm water and lemon juice EVERY morning. This removes the toxins from my body and keeps me regular. I found this little secret about 3 weeks ago and it really works. I have been constipated since surgery almost 3 and 1/2 years ago and this gives me 2 BM a day and my skin is clearing up as well. I drink it instead of coffee in the morning. Finally something that works!

2. I walk for 30 minutes during lunch and then eat at my desk.

3. Drink half my weight in water EVERY day.

4. Cut back on my Vodka consumption.

5. Cut back on my coffee consumption

6. Not eating after 7pm

 

The only person that is with us our entire life,  is ourselves. Live while you are alive

I'm on a gut busting mission pushing the ab work and cardio.  I'm still in limbo with drug related fat and water weight gains but I will hold it down by managing my calorie deficit to loose two to three lbs per week.  Who knows if I will loose but hopefully I can stymie the weight gain.

Sorry you are still having the meds issue.  But this may not go away, so I know you will find a way to overcome this bump in the road.  Keep up the good work!!

Goal this month to be a solid 14 in most pants and 12 in most dresses.  I will accomplish this by:

Stop grazing

1 hour minium of exercise mon-fri

80 oz water daily

Eat lots of lean protein, chicken, tuna, salmon, ground sirloin :)

One day of only liquids every week.
