LV'N MY RNY. WORKING FOR ME BECAUSE I WORK FOR IT.
I did respectably yesterday. My tracking is incomplete but I estimate I'm in the area of my 1200 calorie target for the day. Same with protein at about 100g. My carbs however are way off at around 100g vs the planned 50g because I had two pieces of fruit for dinner. Given it was fruit and not fries I'm giving myself a pass on this one.
All vits taken and all 80 oz of liquids down including about 24 oz of plain water. I had a good cardio session with just over an hour on the eliptical at resistence level 10. I thought I'd bust a lung even though my heart reate was right on track. I was sweating buckets but I finally passed that all elusive one hour mark. I have tamed the eliptical, lol.
I'll be cutting back on the liquids today to 64 oz as I am starting to retain water yet again. Exercise lite today cause I've got chemo this afternoon. Eating plan is the same at 100g protein, 50g net carbs.
Make today a good one peoples!

I just got in from the gym - 2.3 miles in 31min!! whoohooo - made a new playlist yesterday and the time flew by!
Today will be on point - I 'earned' an extra 330 calories from the run, my intake is 1700 for the day - so it's a sure thing.
Tommorrow will be weights and running. My focus today? WATER!!!!!!
