Make a plan, get yourself together and make this a productive week.   
Tell the whole truth and be accountable.  Are you living by the basic wls rules?  Have you made them a part of your normal lifestyle?  The rules exist to keep us on track for good.  We know where we were when we had no basics to live by. 

It does not matter if you are pre approval, pre op, wl phase, maintenance, or losing a little bounce back weigt.  The basics are out there to guide you.

I'm back on the straight and narrow today.  Off mainenance and pushing to loose fifteen pounds once again.  There must be an award out there for me for the most body fat gained in under 30 days.

I'm cutting the carbs to under 50g net.  Protein 100g or more.  Liquids 80 oz including a pint or more of plain water.  Exercise, 600 calorie burn.  Calories for the day 1200.  That should put me in the two pound per week range  for wl.

Make today a good one folks.

I had to call a time out today - I ran yesterday and intended to do weights and running this morning, but I felt like CRAP yesterday evening and I slept this morning....... I may pop my kettlebell DVD in this evening in an attempt to make up and tomorrow morning, i will run.

I started taking 5_HTP the other week after seeing it mentioned - i must say, it's very helpful. I've been more 'balanced' - that's the only way I can explain it - definitely more sharp and focused..... much to the chagrin of those who'd become lulled by my passive ways of late...... LOL 

I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions!  I'm saving on the newsstand price.......

That's it, catch'em off guard when they think you'e dozed off, lol.  I've tried the 5-htp but it didn't do me much good.  My neurologist recommends Acetle L Carnitine (sp).  My feeble brain gets a little boost from it. 

Take a day off.  Part of optimizing your workout is to include rest.

I am still motivated to lose these last 30 pounds. I just read the wagon plan instructions and it has motivated me even more because it has given me an idea of what I can do to lose fat in a healthy way. I needed something like this to help me know what to do..thank you so very much.

Credit for the wagon plan goes to a deactivated member named James.  He was before my time on BAF.  I follow a similar plan called calorie cycling.  Tedious but it works.  I'll be wagon planning next week.
