45 minute walk at lunch today and I may stop at the gym after bible study tonight for 30 minutes on the ellipitical.  My scale is not moving even know I am so I got to put my diet in check. So starting today I am back to very small portions six times a day that seems to work.

An hour of cardio planned for today.  I haven't committed to what but it will be at the gym.  Especially since I never made it yesterday.  Hydrating and getting ready as I type.
