Is it me or is there a lot of chatter about how to get back on track on all of the boards these days? No bull**** BAF. We've got too much support among the BAF family to even think that we cannot do this. Pick a thread, lurk among all of them, but do what you have to do.
Use your tool people. Make a plan. Got yourself together and make this a productive week. Tell the whole truth and be accountable. Are you living by the basic wls rules? Have you made them a part of your normal lifestyle? The rules exist to keep us on track for good. We know where we were when we had no basics to live by.
It does not matter if you are pre approval, pre op, wl phase, maintenance, or losing that re gain. The basics are out there for your guidance.

LV'N MY RNY. WORKING FOR ME BECAUSE I WORK FOR IT.
With this sudden weight gain I have *****ed and moaned and created a shameless public spectacle as only I can do. The fluid retention has stopped but I'm still puting on a couple pounds of belly fat a week. Story of my life, big sigh.
Well the swellings almost gone. I'm in most of my clothes but with a gut now. I have written about it in my profile complete with pictures. Its time to finish licking my wounds and bust this gut out. I will get these pounds gone once again plus build in some cushion.
Once I get through today's medical follow up I should be able to get my fluids up. Then its time to up the protein and cut the carbs. Full active wl mode here I come.
As for today I'm sticking with the basics and hitting the gym for some quality time with the eliptical. Mat work also on plan for later.

Holding myself accountable for the good and bad. First the good. I drank a lot of plain water today, took all my vitamins and got in all my protein..now the bad- had two slices of costco pizza, two turkey hot dogs with wheat bread, and dinner consisted of enchiladas with the works..low fat sour cream, salsa, and avacado...grand total today is 2100 calories. Oh and to top it off I didn't workout on the TM or do tae bo! The day started out so well too. I have done good until that pizza. It was very good, and now I feel bad. I plan to wake up in the morning and get my exercise session done. Tomorrow I plan to be back on track. I need to be on full WL mode with you! I have had two days with 2000 cal. and I do not want to make it a third.
