Good morning....

I was out of town over the weekend at the beach and just got back last night, I did do a lot of walking, I am trying to get back into the swing of things, I will hit the gym at my subdivision tonight and hit the treadmill hard. Although the scale has not moved much I can slowly start to see my waistline again

 Technically it's supposed to be my 'off' day - but I hit the gym for 30min of running this morning.  Did 2.2 miles without my iPod (not happy bout that) - but got thru it with less trouble than yesterday. 

I do more weights tomorrow morning and 15min of running. 

I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions!  I'm saving on the newsstand price.......

My scale has not moved much either which is frustrating for me, but apparently my lean muscle is growing and my fat in shrinking so...I'm evening myself out....sigh...well, I better start seeing some loss this week or I will snap!!    I head to the gym today for ab class, cardio/elliptical, kettle bells, weight ball, leg workout and then...collapse!

Love is all there is, ever was or ever will be...

Eliptical and mat work today. I am on a gut busting mission.   In the words of our Ms Kim, no mercey and no excuses.  This belly must go!

I will walk thirty minutes at lunch and go to the gym for thirty minutes after work.
