WOW moment for me

I went to an open house Saturday. I had not seen some of the people in almost a year. I tell you it was just the motivation I needed to stay on track. So many people told me what a great job I am doing. I may not be skinny but I am healthy. So if you are feeling a little down in the battle of the bulge pull out some old pictures and clothes. I tell you my old pictures compared to my current blow me away. WE CAN DO THIS!

You look sooooo fantastic!!! Yes, we can do this! I have been struggling with a regain and it's really bothering me. I have been working out diligently but I have not seen the results I want or need to see, so I am going even harder this week. Thanks for the motivation!!
