Confession time...me and my fat *bleep*
A few months ago, Naomi posted pictures of her "before the regain and after the regain" photos and I could really relate to her. Along with Cookie, MSW and so many others who have begun a thread for re-gainers who are back on track, Naomi inspired me to get rededicated to loosing the extra poundage. So..I've been hitting the gym and still not seeing the kinds of results I want but I am more determined than ever. Here are a few of my shots, the before..and the afters...from behind, which is one area that shows the weight gain for me. So..like Highly Favored said this morning.. WE CAN DO THIS!!

We have almost the same measurements HF. I have gained so much in my waist and tummy!! I just got back from the gym and WOW...what an enlightening workout today. The director and I were talking and I really have lost fat but gained muscle which is why I have not lost much weight. So, that's all good. But I really must increase my calorie intake.

I appreciate that. I really do and please don't get me wrong, I have seen a big improvement since/with surgery..but I have gained 20 lbs back since January and it's all in my waist and tummy. I have gone up a size (well almost two) and the fat on my back and arms has just ballooned up too. So..I can really feel it. I love you both for the support.
Lee..and we know how you are, if you gain so much as an ounce...your doing P90X with a side of INSANITY and a weekend boot camp while dragging a broken leg, busted lung and two cracked ribs! AND YOUR GORGEOUS!!!!

LOL. you are right because i'm going through our trip pics right now and all I keep saying is dam i'm fat. I can't physically do Insanity because of my knee but you know I want to. lol
So you have my blessing Sexy Glam, you lose whatever makes you feel comfortable, but just know that I like your body the way it is now and i'll like it when you hit your goal. Either way you look good to me.
