Now you know this is not true!  and I know you were just throwing it out here because you wanted a response.  Hang in there and keep moving everyday -- It counts and you know it.  If you were exercising you know the back lash. 

None of us are perfect or even good every day.  Just try to have more good days than bad days.... You can do this!! Have a good weekend!

Wonkad, thanks my luv for holding it down for me!          I am so glad you don't need surgery.  Hope you are all cured quickly. 

Now what's this about free passes!?!?!  You've all told the truth.  You've all been accountable.  Now put those free passes in the safe for another time and get your asses back on point as of now, lol.   Hold on to free passes for vacations, special occaisions, and when you just need that rare treat. 

And, execise not valuable for wls folks?  What total bull**** is this?  Exercise is valuable to everyone.  I have yet to hear an exception to this barring the critically ill. 

Remember, it serves a far greater long term purpose than weight loss.  It strengthens the heart and reverses the damage caused by heart disease and hypertension.  It improves cisculation and helps the kidneys rid the body of excess fluid.  It strengthens the lungs and improves the efficiency of your oxegen use.  It builds stamina and muscle.  And it burns calories and improves your metabolism even when you are idle. 

How the hell is that not good for wls folks?  Too many people think that if something does not result in quick and immediate weight loss it has no value.  If you loose slowly exercise may not make you loose quickly.  It can't halt weight gain.  Lee and I have demonstrated that repeatedly. 

However, you can't argue with a lowerd heart rate and strong cardiac conditioning and good muscle tone.  Keep exercising because we all need it. 

Yes I'e been a hot mess for weeks now but I am doing much better.  A lot of thing**** me back to back.   A flare up of MS but thankfully a minor one.  Then I had a reaction to the medication.  Then I had a flare up of another issue that has no name but my jaw blows up so I look like I had a root canal go bad.   Also my thyroid has tanked.  I'm gonna write about it and post the pics.   Send a friend request if you want to see them.  My legs were freaky huge and my face even worse. 

Thankfully I am better on most fronts.  Recently noticed a new issue which I will ignor for a minute and address next week.  Big sigh.  Still thick around the middle and up almost twelve pounds but I will get a full cardio workout in today, I think I'm ready.  Trying to return to normal as **** poor as that is.   Me, always the problem child. 

This is my hospital/ dr week so I've got follow up care to go through but it should be smooth sailing.  Thanks for the luv folks.          You people really keep me going when things start getting under my skin.
