I am now dazed & confused as I have learned that my **** poor labs are most likely due to my thyroid condition. The days I missed my vits and my protein goal did not cause the drop in my numbers. Good to know but I still needed that wake up call. I'm doing it right now.
Between the steroids, meds, thyroid and adrenal issues getting back to goal is going to be a ***** on wheels. I am clueless as I struggle to get this weight gain off of me. Time to get back on the protein train.
ETA: Pizza & cake day is followed by dairy is kicking my @$$ day because I know I was not supposed to eat that but it was sooo good LOL!
I hope that things get better for you in this fight! Its already tough enough and then to have extra just makes it that much more of a task. WHen does this weight-loss journey become more easy? Never? I have been trying to keep it together. Today I have been snacking, but I have tried to keep my snacks low calorie and healthy. Apple, low fat popcorn, greek yogurt, and some vegetable tortilla chips and bean dip. Two meals of baked fish and pasta with veggies. Dinner will be more fish, but fried unless my hubby baked mines. I have been so hungry and today I found out why all the cravings for the week. I already knew it was that time of the month, but didn't expect the hunger to be so great. Hopefully this next week will be better. I did make sure to get in all my vitamins, water, and exercise.
