Thursday: How will you move your body today?

Good morning....

I've walked my 1.5 miles this morning, I am running late woke up late, but I had to get my exercise in this morning...it's like brushing my teeth now

How will you move today? It's almost Friday and to see a difference in weight loss the "healthy way" you must get in at least 5 days of exercise.

I brought my change of clothes to work so that I can do a 3 mile walk around the lake right after work.  If I go home or someplace else first I will have a million excuses why I can't walk. 

I will also do my 30 minute lunch time walk and vow not to stop in any stores along the way :).

Hello Nana,

Great job on your workout!!

I have been busy this week, but checking in now.  I went to gym Monday, Tuesday.  I did DVD's at home today and yesterday for 35 each day.  Tomorrow I hope to hit the gym again for my 5 days.  and I hope to do one more workout over weekend.  

So far this week I am down 2 pounds.  Let's see if it hold until Monday.  I weigh 2 to 3 times a week.

This morning I did 20 mins of tae bo and this evening I plan on walking 4 miles. I am trying to get in the five days a week. I am trying to stay motivated even when the scale moves up! I just want to remain healthy and not all out of shape.

Yesterday I rode a little under four miles on my bike and walked two miles.
