I walked 1.5 miles this morning, I've got my sweat on for today.

 I hit the gym this morning - weights and 27min of cardio - my hip is still bothering me - I have to figure out what's going on before I mess something up - trying to train for this 5K is a MOTHER!!!! lol 

I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions!  I'm saving on the newsstand price.......
