Its an early post for Tuesday folks. Feel free anyone to post accountability this week if I don't get it posted. I'm not sure what my wifi status will be for the next few mornings.
How did you begin this week? Hopefully with good plan and on point. Tell the whole truth and be accountable. If last week's results did not thrill you now's the time to ensure that this week is better.
Think about what went well and what needs improvement. Review your plan for the week. Keep what works and discard the rest.

LV'N MY RNY. WORKING FOR ME BECAUSE I WORK FOR IT.
Calories, vits, water in check but I did not hit the 100g protein. It was an eat on the run day and I had mostly fruit. As a result carbs were way up and protein was down to 78g. Above my base requirement but below my personal goal. An extra shake would have fixed this but I opted for a slice of nsa cake instead .
I'm walking into Tues totally unprepared. Failure to plan, planning to fail... Must have that extra shake today.

Got strength training tonight. Vits done. Bout to grab a cup of coffee to have with my protein bar. Prolly will do tuna fish for lunch again. Then either chicken or lumpia for din din.
Sitting right at goal. Want to get my 3-4 lbs cushion back. Working on that this week. Other than that....I'm good.

Woke up this morning 3lbs heavier...hmmmm. I did have a few extra cal. yesterday, but I also did an extra workout. I know I didn't eat that many extra cal. Oh well. I know the weight fluctuates. Today I already had a biscuit, banana, and some smoked turkey sausage for breakfast. I should not have, but I made it for the family, so...That means lunch or dinner will have to be protein and low cal. I don't see my goal weight in sight anymore. I know the scale can be hard on a person some days. It just seems to go down and back up. I won't give up! I will hang on and keep working hard. Even if the weight does't fall off I can keep toning my body. This week I am going to step up my workout. Instead of Tae bo twice a week I am going to do it MWF. M-F I will get in my walking on the TM 3 miles minimum. SAT I will do at least a mile walk and Sun. rest day.
Good perspective. Adjust as you go through your day and don't let the scale get too deep into your head. I Wish I could master the latter, smh.
Its hard but don't give up on your goals too soon. In my newly post op 'honeymoon period', I bounced up and down 14 lbs for 56 days. Fluctuations and weight gains won't prevent you from making your goal weight as long as you keep working it. It may take longer than for some but you will do it.
